Why a finished product is still sitting unlaunched
Last Minute AI is built: revision workflows, summarized material, flashcards, all working. It's been sitting since 2025 because launching it properly (the part that isn't code) kept losing to work on the two products that were already generating revenue and real user conversations.
That's not a strategic decision dressed up after the fact. It's an honest tradeoff of one person's time, stated plainly instead of quietly implying the product doesn't exist. The current target for a real launch is mid-2027.
