Navital Labs started in 2025, not as a rebrand of a freelance practice, and not as a startup with a funding round to justify. It's the name the serious products ship under. The studio existed for months before either product went live: LeadScrapper Pro and Itiner both shipped in 2026, once there was something real to put under it.
It's built and run by one person. That's not a growth constraint stated as a virtue; it's the actual current state, and it's the reason every decision on either product gets made by the same person who understands the problem, with no handoff in between.
What this means in practice
No client work. No agency structure. Two products, both live, both built end to end by the same hands that talk to the users. Everything else stays labeled as an experiment until it earns the same treatment.
