500+ commits, three months

Five days built the first working version of LeadScrapper Pro. The three months after that made it something people pay for.

Five days got LeadScrapper Pro to a working pipeline: discovery, audit, outreach, run end to end against a real city. That was the five-day story, and it's true, but it was also the easy part. Getting from a working pipeline to a product real freelancers and agencies would pay for took the next three months, and over 500 commits.

Most of that work is invisible in a launch story: the audit engine got rebuilt around a real latency budget after the first version ran too slow under load. Pricing tiers got adjusted after watching what actual users tried to do on the free plan. Small fixes, one after another, none of them a headline, all of them the reason the five-day version and the current version are recognizably the same product but not the same code.

Why this is worth saying

It would be easy to let "shipped in five days" stand on its own, because it's a better story. But it implies the work was done, and it wasn't. The five days built something that worked. The three months after built something worth using.
